Important Information!

Citywide Roadside along with our partners, provide a website for Roadside assistance; the customer agrees to contract with the company for emergency services specific to the 4 roadside ( tire change, jumpstart, fuel delivery, and lockout) services and the surrounding duties to successfully complete each task. This platform uses a secure 3rd party payment processor and is not the main record-holder in any delivery transaction. 

Citywide Roadside provides a marketing and technology platform for customers to get reasonably priced and reliable roadside assistance. At the time of paying our technician, your credit or debit card will be charged by a secure third party credit card processor which will transfer and deliver funds to Citywide Roadside. All credit card transactions will be listed Citywide for record keeping.

Regarding processing of transactions: Citywide Roadside will not be held liable to the Customer, or any third-party (motor clubs and insurance companies) for any claims relating to the purchase, sale or delivery emergency services or any consequences which may result thereof. All of the emergency services provided by Citywide Roadside are services rendered in an emergency and by using our service you admit all liability, as all services are needed because of lack of care and maintenance on the vehicle by the customer.

The customer shall indemnify and hold harmless Citywide Roadside from and against, for and in respect of, any and all claims, demands, losses, costs and expenses (including the cost of any investigation and reasonable attorneys' fees), damages, obligations, deficiencies, and liabilities, which arise or result from or are related to (a) the processing of an insurance work order; (b) the completion of an insurance work order(s); (c) the emergency condition and situation the vehicle and customer are in when service is requested; and, (d) purchase and completion of non insurance work orders, and/or any consequences which result thereof.

Purchase of Parts and services

By completing a purchase through the Site, the Customer agrees that an adult eighteen  (18) years of age or older will be present to sign for and witness the service purchased and being provided. (if under 18 but legally able to drive Citywide Roadside will need a parent or guardians permission to contact the child)

The Roadside assistance technician reserves the right to refuse to provide service because of danger, inability to pay, and or the disposition of the customer for any reason. This reservation includes, but is not limited to, refusing service to individuals who are visibly intoxicated and should not drive, language or racial issues, and refusing service because important details were bot provided.

Delivery of Products

The Citywide Roadside Technician will make every attempt to complete the service in one visit, but please note issues that are more serious than others may have to be completed in multiple visits and extra service fee's.

In the case of inclement weather or unforeseen vehicle or traffic complications, it may be necessary to extend the arrival window for the Citywide Roadside Technician. If there will be a significant delay, a customer service representative may call or email you to let you know the status of your service time. The Citywide Roadside Technician will arrive to your location as quickly as possible when the conditions permit. If your designated service location (i.e., street, avenue) is inaccessible, rendering us unable to make complete the service, the Citywide Roadside Technician will contact you to determine the best alternate location.

If your service needs to be canceled, please email Citywide Roadside  immediately. Please note: Payments are processed immediately to meet the emergency need. Due to these circumstances, neither Citywide Roadside  nor the Technician can guarantee the availability of changes or cancellation to any order once it has been placed. Cancelled orders will be subject to a $20 service fee to cover any actions taken by the Citywide Roadside Technician to arrive in a timely manner an provide the requested service
